I am really delighted to hold a beautiful Self-Care, Meditation & Relaxation afternoon on Sunday 28th April to help you connect inwards, wind down, de-stress and be present as you move through life.
This afternoon allows you the opportunity to take some time for stillness and reflection and to listen to your emotions and thoughts in a calming space.
The afternoon will commence at 12pm and finish at 3pm and we will do the following:
Welcome with Herbal Teas and Biscuits;
Choose an Oracle Card for personal guidance for the class;
Short Relaxing Meditation;
Self-Care Teachings – you will learn to:
- Move into Alignment with yourself through: Releasing Fear, Practising Patience & Gratitude, Clearing Old Patterns and Changing your Reactions.
- Bring calm to chaos/stress that you may be experiencing in life.
- Experiencing more Joy in your life and Creating things you love in your Life.
- Learn how to visualise what you desire.
Finishing the afternoon with a lying down meditation.

Your yoga mat, cushion and blanket are provided. Please just bring a notebook and pen and wear something comfortable.
