MEMBER SINCE 2020

Why did you decide to join It’s Time For Me?
As a busy mum running my own small holistic business, I’m always telling my clients to be sure to take the time to care for themselves. I’m fully aware how important self care is, and how easy it is to put everyone else’s needs before your own… however, I barely noticed that for quite a long time, I hadn’t been taking my own advice. I’d been neglecting taking time for myself and was reaching burnout when I joined It’s Time For Me.
What has your experience of being a member of It’s Time For Me been like?
Because of the regular texts and emails, I find that being a member reminds me of the importance of taking some time out for myself and to show myself some compassion and self care.
Caroline introduces a new theme each month, and somehow, every month’s topic seems to perfectly align with what’s going on in my life. The monthly Soul Gatherings are something really special and it’s so beautiful to meet (online) with like-minded women to listen to Caroline’s teachings and to journal and meditate together.
Have you experienced any positive changes from the teachings, meditations and classes?
Since joining, I’ve actually taken the time to journal regularly – something I’ve been meaning to do for years – which has helped me get quite a lot of clarity about myself and my life. Having monthly topics and journaling prompts really help as before I found myself staring at a blank page not quite knowing what to write.
The meditations always help leave me more relaxed and feeling more capable.
I really love getting my monthly card readings, which help give me wonderful clarity and guidance.
What do you enjoy most about It’s Time For Me?
It’s difficult to pick any one thing! I really do love the monthly card readings and also the monthly soul gathering.
Is there anything else that you would like me to add to It’s Time For Me to help support you more?
Possibly a dedicated members FB page, but I know that can be difficult to moderate and also to get momentum, but it might be nice space to ‘meet’ other members! 🙂

Yes. The teachings, meditations and classes are great. They give me a boost. They help me see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I do have my bad days and that’s OK because I know its just a bad day and it will pass and its because of its time for me.

Everything. Getting the text in the morning. Listening to the teaching. That’s available all the time. Everything is available in one place and is there all the time. MEMBER SINCE 2017
Why did you decide to join It’s Time For Me?
I had always been really bad at taking time out for myself & to help better and nurture, so this was a commitment to myself and to making time for me. Sounds like a really simple thing doesn’t it? Well it’s not actually that simple for a lot of people it turns out.
What has your experience of being a member of It’s Time For Me been like?
I have been a member of It’s time for me since the very beginning and have seen it’s evolution and watched the group itself and all of its members grow. Its been so positive and such a great resource. Everyone should have something like this in their lives to aid them on their path.
Have you experienced any positive changes from the teachings, meditations and classes?
Absolutely, I enjoy all aspects of it and how can you not gain from investing this time in yourself.
I worked in a really fast paced industry and my head would literary explode when I eventually got home. I found I was having a beer or wine to calm myself down before attempting to sleep. Meditation in place of that is a very different experience for sure! Also taking a dedicated evening to do the classes and meditations was a welcome relief in a sea of crazy.
Anything that gets you out of your head and overthinking and stress is a game changer for me.
It’s easy to get so busy you ‘don’t have time’ and I did slip several times and suffered whenever I did.
What do you enjoy most about It’s Time For Me?
Meditations, Caroline always manages to find the right meditation at the right time and it’s incredible. I love the Full/New moon classes as well. Journaling is something I have huge resistance to and would like to get better at. There’s enough resources in the library to keep members going and for new members to dig in to.
I think everyone over the monthly cards as well. They give you such a great boost and focus for the month ahead. Always spot on and come at a time when I really feel I need to hear what’s being brought up.
How would you explain the It’s Time For Me membership to someone else?
It’s a commitment to self. It’s dedicated to helping you evolve and grow as you would like. Every month is a different topic which focuses on something important and builds on previous.
As I’ve mentioned previously it’s something I think everyone should have in their lives.
I can be so flaky at keeping myself accountable and now we have accountability partners it’s even easier to stay on track!
If this has shown up for you, it’s for a reason! Give it a try, you won’t regret it
