I am delighted to hold space for you to enjoy a night of stillness and reconnection.
You can light a candle, burn essential oils, lie down and I will guide you through a beautiful class.
We will begin with a 20 Minute Stillness Meditation, which will allow you to feel present and connected within your body and help any stress to be released.
I will guide you through some gentle journaling for 20 minutes to help you connect with your inner voice.
We will finish with a beautiful 20 minute guided meditation to help you wind down and feel peaceful within.
My wish for this class is to clear stagnant energy and to help you release stress and tension, bring calm to the body and mind and heal.
