Journaling is a wonderful way to tap into your subconscious, to offer yourself space to hear your own voice and intuition and to discover the deeper meanings behind your current emotions and experiences. I have created these journals and would suggest taking time out when you are doing these by creating a quiet and comfortable space, lighting a candle, playing some gentle music and giving yourself proper time to write.
