Join me for a really wonderful 6 Week Course of Guided Meditation to help you prioritise your self-care, take time for yourself and de-stress.

Each week we will cover a different topic in a One Hour Class.

 


 

We will join together in a comfortable and relaxing space with candlelight and gentle music.

You can enjoy the following every week:

15 minutes of teachings on a new topic each week.

45 minutes of lying down Guided Meditation.

Thursday 12th September: Forgiveness

Thursday 19th September: Gratitude

Thursday 26th September: Creating a Calm Mindset

WEEK OFF

Thursday 10th October: Overcoming Fears

Thursday 17th October: Achieving Your Goals

*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow each week.  Please also wear something comfortable.
